Description: This is possibly the BEST gelato I have ever made. Not too sweet, with a burst of fig and a hint of caramel from the reduced balsamic syrup- it is a perfect summer weather treat. Garnish with grilled fresh figs and a sprig of mint for added texture and flavor.
